Safety EMR Rating of 0.67

S-CON’s Experience Modifier Rate (EMR) has remained the same, low 0.67 for a second year. The EMR is a rolling, three-year look back measurement on a Company’s Injury Claim Rate. The lower the EMR, the less insurance claims to cover medical expenses on an employee. S-Con’s rating for the current year is 0.67 and is 0.15 below the industrial average of 0.82. S-Con is proud of its Safety Record and continues to work with its Clients, Employees and the General Public to keep each and every job-site safe. S-Con is dedicated to train and supervise its employees on Safe Behaviors in the field as well as in all shop facilities.

The lower the EMR, the less claims in actual dollars the insurance company had to spend to cover medical expenses on an employee. S-Con’s rating for the current year is 0.67 and is 0.15 below the industrial average of 0.82. S-Con is proud of its Safety Record and is obligated to its Employees, Clients and the General Public to keep each and every job-site safe. S-Con will continue to train employees on Safe Behaviors in the field as well as in the shop.

S-Con presents paper at the GPA Annual Convention in San Antonio

CenterPoint Energy and S-Con presented a paper at the 2011 GPA Annual Convention held in San Antonio, Texas. The paper’s title: “THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS BRINGING 1.8 BCF OF TREATING CAPACITY ON-LINE IN THE HAYNESVILLE SHALE” and the presentation was a team effort between CenterPoint’s Project Manager and S-Con’s Trey Brown and Adam Baxter. The paper highlighted some of the difficulties and obstacles that were overcome during the fast-track design, procurement, skid fabrication and construction of multiple, Amine and TEG Dehydration Treating Units. S-Con Awarded Contract to Refurbish Two 15 MMSCFD Cryogenic Plants

S-Con was awarded a contract to refurbish two (2) 15 MMSCFD cryogenic gas processing plants for one of its long-time Customers. The refurbishment will include the supply of several new pieces of equipment, as well as the complete re-building of numerous other items. The refurbishment of both plants is expected to be complete in the 4th Quarter of 2011.

Customer Awards S-Con 2nd Dual Train Gas Treating Facility

Satisfied with S-Con’s performance on the first dual train gas treating facility and wanting to make use of time and cost savings, the Customer awarded a second, duplicate, dual train, gas treating facility in Louisiana. Scheduled for initial start-up in the first quarter of 2012, the plant will be capable of treating up to 300 MMSCFD of natural gas between the two trains.

CenterPoint Awards S-Con Fifth 1,050–gpm Amine Plant Facility

Continuing their very successful working relationship, CenterPoint and S-Con have once again teamed up for the installation of a 180 MMSCFD gas treating facility in the Haynesville Shale of Louisiana.  The plant will utilize the same 1,050 – gpm amine plant and 50 – gpm TEG dehydration plant designs that have been so successful in the previous projects performed by S-Con for CenterPoint.

S-Con Awarded Dual Train 1,100 – gpm Amine Treating Plants

With its proven design and track record in building 1,050–gpm natural gas treating plants, S-Con was awarded a turnkey contract for the design, procurement and installation of two, parallel 1,100 gpm amine plants, followed by 50 – gpm TEG dehydration units for a Customer in the Haynesville Shale of Louisiana. Each train is designed to treat up to 150 MMSCFD of inlet gas for the removal of CO2, H2S and water prior to being sent into the Customer’s pipeline system. Start-up is scheduled for 3rd Quarter of 2011.

CenterPoint Awards S-Con fourth 1000 gpm Amine Plant

Following the start-up of both the the Magnolia Plant #100 and #200 Amine Plants, near Ringgold, Louisiana, CenterPoint Energy has awarded S-Con, Inc. with a contract to design, build and install their fourth 1000 gpm amine plant and 50 gpm dehydration unit; this one located at the same Ringgold, LA site as the other Magnolia Plants. S-Con is currently procuring all major equipment and current plans call for S-Con to move onto the site in September, with start-up scheduled for January 2011.

CenterPoint and S-Con Complete Installation and Start-up of 2nd 1000 gpm Amine Plant

Just 12 weeks after start-up of their Magnolia #100 amine plant, CenterPoint began operation of the Magnolia #200 amine plant. The new plant is another 1000 gpm plant which operates in parallel to the Magnolia #100 plant at the location near Ringgold, LA. This facility is now capable of processing up to 600 MMSCFD of inlet gas.

CenterPoint Awards S-Con 1000 gpm Amine Plant for Installation in Nachitoches Parish, LA

Fresh off S-Con’s successful installation and start-up of the the Magnolia Plant #100 Plant, a 300 MMSCFD,1000 gpm amine plant and 50 gpm TEG dehydration plant, near Ringgold, Louisiana, CenterPoint Energy has awarded S-Con, Inc. with another 1000 gpm amine plant and 50 gpm dehydration unit for installation in Nachitoches Parish, Louisiana. This marks the third 1000 gpm amine plant to be installed by S-Con for CenterPoint, following the Magnolia #100 and #200 plants. Current plans call for S-Con to move onto the selected site in early July, with start-up scheduled for late October of this year.
